b) The status of the photo in your account changes from pending to Completed
At that moment you will be able to click on the download button or link in order to download the final result.

However Digital cameras are still very limited machines and what they capture is very far
from what our eyes see. This is due both to the limitations of the technology and
specially to the fact that our eyes see a 3D world through our binocular vision (2 eyes),
and the camera converts that world to 2D and captures it through a single lens.
Digital retouching brings your photo back towards what your eyes see in reality.
A great example is what happens with skin. Today's digital cameras show all the
imperfections of our skin, with every single tiny wrinkle emphasized. In reality our eyes

Upload, Select & Customize
Inmediately you will arrive to the upload page where you can upload your first photo. Once the photo has been uploaded you will arrive to the instructions page where you can write your instructions for our retouching team.How do I know when my photo is ready?
When your photo is ready, we do two things: a) We send you a notification via email
